- You must first apply for an absentee ballot. Click here to link to the State Board of Elections website for an application form.
- Absentee ballot applications must be hand-carried, mailed or faxed to the Loudoun County Registrar's at 801 Sycolin Rd., S.E., Suite 102, Leesburg, VA 20175, Fax: 703-777-0622.
- Mailed ballots must be RECEIVED by the Registrar's Office by election day, 7:00pm.

VOTER ID
New Voter ID Requirements Effective 2012(NOTE: The requirement for a photo ID does not take effect until July 1, 2014.)
A New Virginia Voter ID law requires one acceptable form of identification to vote. Voters arriving to the polls without ID will be required to vote a provisional ballot and will have until noon on the Friday after the election to deliver a copy of identification to their locality's electoral board in order for their provisional ballot to be counted. Acceptable forms of ID include:
